Moorings
New Moorings up to 7 Tonne, Auckland, Rodney’s only Heavy Mooring Provider. Service an exsisting mooring, or retrieve a lost mooring.
Build or Maintain
Design Build or Maintain sea walls, Jettys and Wharfs. Sleeving Piles/poles and pontoon maintenance
Salvage
Recover sunken vessels, lost moorings, plant or machinery. We can also assist with commercial divers on underwater marine projects.
Dredging
Dave has had many years of experience on a Dredging Barge and can consult for your dredging projects.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much does a mooring usually cost?
Prices can vary depending on location and size of boat, the managing authorities have minimum regulations that we adhere to. We alway encourage heavy gear regardless, as this is your best insurance policy.
Can you salvage sunken boats?
Yes, we specialise in salvage work, sunken or afloat.

Auckland to Greater Auckland
What is the service fee?
The service fee is paid in advance for the mooring inspection, this covers our travel to your mooring to lift and inspect, and submit paperwork to the authorities.
How much is the service fee?
An inspection fee of $215+GST is charged for the lift, inspection of components, redeployment and preparation and administration of inspection report. Repairs maintenance or improvements are subject to the barge/labor hire and components
Can I come to the Mooring inspection?
Yes you can make arrangements to be there, we will contact you with an eta, you will have to make your own arrangement for travel, as our barge has strict Heath and Safety policy.
